Jill Kennedy is appointed customer services manager by healthcare company CIGNA. Kennedy was previously manager of the BBC's audience lines.

Charrington's DJ Pye Syndicate 962 has appointed Simon Tate as dedicated underwriter to Harrogate's Broker Network. Tate was previously a senior account handler with CGNU.

Heath Lambert Insurance Services has promoted Victor Wild to divisional director of the sales and marketing department. He will spearhead the launch of new products and services for the wholesale division.

Chubb Europe has made three appointments to its personal lines division. Jonathan Merritt is appointed key account manager, John Silcock is appointed senior development underwriter for London and Adrian Deakins joins as development underwriter for Bristol.

Mandroyds Insurance Brokers has appointed Trevor Robson as an account executive. Robson has 31 years' experience in insurance and is a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Willis Group has appointed Mario Vitale as executive vice-president responsible for developing and expanding its worldwide client base. Vitale joins from Kemper Risk Management where he was president.

Andrew Dearden is appointed divisional director of engineering risks at Cunningham International in London. Dearden spent four years at the Caracas office in Venezuela.
