Goshawk director resigns

Richard Titley has resigned as a director of all companies within the Goshawk group with immediate effect.

According to Hemscott, Rory Macnamara, chairman of Goshawk, said: "I would like to thank Richard for his assistance in recent times and wish him well for the future."

Shares in Goshawk were up 1.74% to 7p this morning.
