Grant Ellis, the chief executive of Broker Network, has been nominated for the CEO of the Year award at the 2007 Quoted Company Awards.
The awards highlight the achievements of companies listed below the FTSE 350.
Ellis commented: “I am delighted to have been nominated for this award. The group has seen stunning growth over the last few years and it is very rewarding to receive recognition for this, not only for me personally but also for the strong management team we have built here at Broker Network.”
Since listing on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in May 2004, the Broker Network has grown to 170 members, with £450m premium income. Its share price has risen to more than 270p from 71p at listing.
The award ceremony will be held at the London Hilton on 31 January.
