Guy Carpenter has announced the appointment of Ray Carless as executive chairman of its Australia, New Zealand and Pacific operations.
Prior to joining Guy Carpenter, Carless, 51, spent 18 years with Benfield Australia. During his time with the company, he served on the Group board for ten years, among other appointments. From 1986 to 2000, he was leader of Benfield's Australian and New Zealand operations.
