CII president Peter Hales delivered a bullish message to delegates at the opening of the CII conference in Glasgow today.
Speaking to an auditorium two-thirds full, Hales said the CII has "never been in better shape", with 90,000 members, and is the "dominant professional force".
Following the launch of the CII's talent initiative, Hales expressed the desire to attract "young of all ages" to the industry, in a jocular reference to the recent Age Discrimination legislation.
