Lloyd’s insurer Hardy Underwriting has appointed Barbara S Thomas as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Thomas, a lawyer, international banker and entrepreneur, sits on the boards of a number of other public companies, said Hardy.
She was formerly a Commissioner of the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
