HBOS GI has appointed Jim Pittman as head of household claims.
Pittman was previously claims manager at HBOS GI and was responsible for the creation of HBOS's internal adjusting division of personal claims consultants.
The company said the new position combines previous roles and will allow him to further develop HBOS's claims service in Halifax and also in the East Midlands, which acts as a base for the insurer's team of personal claims consultants.
