Heath Lambert has appointed Adrian Colosso as group managing director, in a move which is said reflected the company's progress since its November 2003 restructure.
Colosso will assume responsibility for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the group.
He was previously managing director, UK, and will remain head of broking.
In addition, Mike Bruce has been appointed group commercial director, with overall responsibility for business strategy and planning, as well as operational productivity and development.
Bruce was previously chief operations officer for the UK. He will retain his position as head of IT and operations.
