Heath Lambert has appointed an operations director for its select business unit (SBU). Barry Duffin will also have responsibility for new business development.
Duffin joins the group after 12 years with A-Plan Insurance Group where he was project manager with responsibility for client relationship management and new business development.
West Midlands-based SBU deals with small businesses and encompasses Heath Lambert's commercial affinity division.
