Heritage Underwriting has appointed Paul Battagliola, formerly CFO of Aon Reinsurance, as operations director.
Heritage said Battagliola's role will cover a number of aspects from the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to supporting chief executive, Richard Pexton, on numerous projects and committees.
Battagliola will also be responsible for continuing to improve operational efficiency at Heritage. He will manage the human resources, facilities and syndicate administration functions of the business.
