Motor insurer Highway has appointed Lee Radley to the newly-created position of claims relationship manager.
Highway said Radley's role will include acting as trouble-shooter and management point-of-contact for all brokers and intermediaries in respect of Highway's accidental damage (AD), and fire & theft claims services.
Highway Claims Director Peter Gallagher said: “By listening to brokers' needs and requirements, and proactively dealing with day-to-day issues we can significantly improve communication, management and ultimately the customer experience.”
Radley joined Highway in 1998, and became deputy AD claims manager in 2001. In 2003 he was promoted to AD / fire & theft manager.
