Howden, the Lloyd's broker specialising in business critical insurances, has appointed Mark Pangborn as deputy chairman.
Mark Pangborn co-founded Howden in 1994. Together with Howden's CEO, Tim Coles, Mark led the formation of Howden Risk Partners in 2002 specialising in creating business critical insurance solutions for private equity houses, hedge funds and investment trusts.
Tim Coles, CEO of Howden, said: “Mark's expertise and knowledge will be invaluable as we continue to develop our business both at home and overseas.”
