IGI Group has appointed two senior recruits to its management team.
The insurer appointed Robert Cottrell as operations director and Neil Findley as sales and marketing director.
Cottrell was underwriting operations manager for five years at Allianz Cornhill Insurance. Findley was previously national broker manager at Allianz Cornhill Commercial.
Keith Wardell, chief executive of IGI Group, said: “This is the next piece of the jigsaw in IGI's growth and development.
“This blend of skills and experience will be key to our success as we grow IGI towards our £100 million gross written premium goal."
Their arrival comes just as the growing insurer embarks on a rebranding exercise.
