Ecclesiastical Insurance
Simon Willcock has been appointed as the new branch manager of Ecclesiastical's Birmingham office.
He has been the manager at Ecclesiastical in Southampton since July 1997.
David Byrne will be taking responsibility for the Southampton branch in addition to his current duties as manager of Ecclesiastical's East Grinstead branch.
Willcock replaces Paul Bloxham who has been appointed intermediary technical and development manager at head office in Gloucester.
Willcock began his career with Provincial, where he became a claims inspector. In 1986 he was made an inspector/surveyor and in 1988 transferred to a similar role with Ecclesiastical, based in Leicester.
Before his move to Southampton, Willcock spent four years working with Ecclesiastical Direct.
Greenhill International
Garlich Wulff has been appointed to the board of Greenhill International Insurance, the parent company of BAIA in Germany and SIA in France. He has worked in the German insurance industry for more than 30 years. In his new role he will run BAIA's Dusseldorf office.
GE Financial Insurance
Ciaran J Barr has been appointed head of marketing at GE Financial Insurance. He was previously with Bank of Ireland and most recently headed up the marketing operation of its UK business arm.
Chris Harrison has been appointed head of sales, a post which sees him move from his existing position as managing director of GE Travel Insurance Services.
Ian Moffatt has been appointed head of client relationships in charge of the company's newly consolidated customer relationship team.
Prudential
Les Cullen has been appointed group finance director at Prudential Corporation. Previously he was previously group finance director at Inchcape and prior to that held the same post with De La Rue.

Elliots
Gordon Simpson has been appointed to Manchester-based Elliots solicitors where he will concentrate on motor and road traffic accident defence litigation.
He was previously with Roebucks in Blackburn. He is a graduate from Nottingham Trent University.
Beachcroft Wansbroughs
Tania Sless, Sue Hirst and Philip Tracey have been appointed partners at Beachcroft Wansbroughs to head up the firm's work in the insurance sector.
All three were previously partners with Davies Arnold Cooper.
Ian McConkey has also been appointed partner at the firm.
He also comes from Davies Arnold Cooper, where he was an associate.
All four will work in the firm's liability claims group in London as specialists in employers' liability, public liability and products liability.
Watson Wyatt
Richard Grawath has joined Watson Wyatt as a consultant in the firm's insurance practice based at its Reigate headquarters.
He was previously with Zurich Insurance in Frankfurt, Germany.

Booth & Co
Law Firm of the Year Addleshaw Booth & Co has named Reinsurance Dispute Resolution partner Simon Twigden as partner in charge of its London office.
He will manage the strategic development of the firm's City practice.
Addleshaw Booth & Co also announces an extra dimension to its intellectual property practice with the appointment of Margaret Tofalides as a London-based IP partner.

Harvington
Andrew Murray has been appointed finance director at Harvington Underwriting.
He joins from AXA Insurance where he worked as assistant general manager out of its Cardiff operation.
TECHNOLOGY
Eurobase
Richard West has been appointed sales and marketing director at Eurobase.
He is responsible for sales and marketing activities in Europe and North America as well as the UK.
West was a co-founder of the company in 1988.
