Facilities services giant ISS has announced its entry into the UK damage recovery business with the acquisition of two companies, Ark & General and Electromec.
Ark & General is the sole or approved supplier of disaster recovery services and business continuity planning products to UK insurers and loss adjusters. Shaun Doherty of Electromec will become Ark & General managing director
