Consolidator exercises option to purchase entire share capital of broker
Jelf is has announced it has exercised its option over the remaining 31.24% of the issued share capital of recently acquired broker, Argyll.
As a result, Jelf has now acquired the entire issued share capital of Argyll.
The move follows Jelf's acquisition on Tuesday of the Sussex and Kent-based broker for £9.94m.
On Wednesday, the consolidator also announced it had also purchased West Midlands heavyweight Clarke Roxburgh for £18.3m.
