Kendall Freeman has appointed James Maton as a partner in the firm's commercial litigation practice.
Maton joined the commercial litigation group upon qualification in 1998.
His areas of practice include complex disputes in the oil and gas and manufacturing sectors, judicial review and professional negligence.
The company said he is heavily involved in working with the firm's Public International Law team on anti-corruption issues and international asset recovery work.
