Kiln has appointed Paul Hewitt and Paul Wilson as non-executive directors.
Both Hewitt and Wilson have become members of the company's Audit & Risk Committee and its Remuneration Committee.
Hewitt is a chartered accountant and former finance director for a number of UK listed companies including RAC. He is currently deputy chief executive of the Co-operative Group and a director of the Co-operative Bank.
Wilson is a former director and partner of Bain & Company. He has spent most of his career as a business consultant and is currently a senior adviser to Bain & Company and its European Financial Services practice.
