Law firm Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold has recruited insurance specialist John S Wasty as special council in the firm's London office.
It said Wasty, who joins from Lovell's, has dealt with claims and coverage issues arising from D&O, products liability, banker's blanket bond and political risk cases.
"John is a valuable and welcome addition to our office," said Adam Barker, managing partner of Sedgwick's London office.
"His broad insurance, reinsurance and commercial litigation experience, in several jurisdictions, will complement Sedgwick's international and domestic practices and further enhance our ability to serve Sedgwick's clients."
