The Litigation Control Group has changed its trading name to LCL Group Ltd, with immediate effect.

One of the group's subsidiaries, Litigation Control Ltd, will now trade as LCL Insurance Services Ltd, it also announced.

The group said other companies within the group, LCL Consulting, LCL Consulting (Bermuda), LCL Loss Adjusting, LCL Commercial Services, LCL Collections and Claims Control Ltd would continue trading under their existing identities.

LCL Group director Philip Holden, said: "These changes reflect the development and expansion of the services provided by group companies since their formation and also strengthen the LCL brand and profile in the marketplace."

The LCL group provides claims and run-off management, debt recovery, reinsurance recovery, and common negotiation services to the international insurance market.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
