Lloyd’s has announced that Business Process Reform is to be consolidated under one director - Steven Haasz.

For the past three months, responsibility for BPR has been split between Steven Haasz and Steve Quiddington.

Lloyd’s said changes were made to the organisational structure to ensure that executive resources are focussed on the key delivery areas of the Strategic Plan.

It added: “Business Process Reform is one of the key strands of the Strategic Plan and a priority for this year.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
