Marsh has announced the appointment of David Blakemore as business development director for Private Clients Services (PCS).
Blakemore will be based in the company's primary UK PCS centre in Hitchin and will report directly to Marsh UK and international development director Cheryl Machen.
Marsh said Blakemore's primary focus for 2004 will be on developing the company's tailored risk management solutions for high net-worth clients, as well as strengthening marsh's relationships with intermediaries.
Prior to his appointment, Blakemore had worked for Groupama as major connections manager, as well as for AXA and Dominion Insurance Company.
