The head of Marsh’s Aberdeen office has been made president of the CII in Aberdeen, said the company.
Alan Carnegie will replace outgoing president Graham Cant.
Carnegie, who has worked in Marsh’s Aberdeen office for five years, said: “In my new role, my priorities will be to make sure that the Institute remains at the forefront of education and providing professional development resources for our members.
“I also aim to network extensively with the business sector to promote the members’ interests to the commercial and public communities in the Aberdeen area.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
