Marsh client and market services chief executive Patrick Mina will now report directly to UK chief executive Bruce Carnegie-Brown.
The CMS practice handles Marsh's London market servicing operations across the UK. Mina is responsible for the overall operational control of the division.
Marsh said the direct reporting between Mina and Carnegie-Brown supported the company's goal of championing service and efficiency improvements within the company.
