A marriage was made in Heaven at the recent ABI media awards. Insurance Times news editor Michael Faulkner found his soulmate when became the target of manic comedian Stephen Amos.
Guest entertainer at the awards, Amos brought the bespectacled Faulkner to the attention of the guests with a series of embarrassing observations. Faulkner took it on the chin when Amos told him to fantasise about him when he got home.
But unknown to most people Faulkner was secretly married this week and is currently honeymooning in Italy. We hear that a lovely young lady went as well to enjoy the ride.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
