Insurance law firm Middleton Potts has appointed the former head of DLA's London Marine, Aviation and Reinsurance Group, Terry O'Regan, as a new partner.
O'Regan will be responsible for advising owners, operators, insurers and port authorities on dry shipping work and new building disputes.
Middleton Potts senior partner David Lucas said: "We are delighted that Terry has joined the firm.
"His practice will further enhance the growth and development of our pre-eminent Shipping and International Trade Department and strengthen our established capability and reputation in this field."
