Miller Insurance Group has announced changes to its international network of joint venture partnerships.
Millers has established a new representative office in Brazil, called Miller do Brasil Consultoría Técnica Ltda (Miller do Brasil), with offices in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
As a representative office Miller do Brasil will concentrate on developing a strong relationship with Brazil's sole reinsurance producer, the IRB, and it will assist in marketing a range of Millers' specialist products.
All London and international placements will be handled directly through its London office.
In another move Millers' joint venture partner in Korea, formerly known as Miller Re Korea, has recently obtained its broking license from the Korean Financial Supervisory Service.
As a result a new company, KoMill Brokers Services Co. (KoMill) has been formed.
