NIG has taken a majority shareholding in Glasgow-based risk management company All Risk Management (ARM) for an undisclosed sum.
ARM provides a range of risk management services throughout the UK and will help NIG develop its added value services to brokers.
NIG's research shows that more than a third of brokers do not receive any risk management support from insurers. ARM will continue to operate independently and its services will not be exclusively available to NIG's brokers.
