AXA UK said it has appointed Keith Gibbs and John O'Neill to its board of directors, subject to regulatory approval.
Gibbs is currently head of AXA PPP Healthcare, having joined the company in December 2001. Prior to joining the company, Gibbs had worked for Sun Life of Canada, Sentinel Life, Citibank and Lloyds TSB, before establishing his own specialist consultancy.
O'Neill is chief executive of AXA Ireland and has held senior positions with Guardian PMPA Insurance, Guardian Royal Exchange, Coyle Hamilton and AIB Insurance Services, said AXA.
