Credit insurer Euler Trade Indemnity has revealed plans to restructure its senior management team.
The changes are designed to streamline Euler's commercial underwriting activities and provide a focus for its service delivery.
Phil Mercer has been appointed head of operations, with responsibility for optimising service delivery. Mercer will act as a focal point for the change management projects within the business.
Phil Simmons, head of commercial underwriting, has assumed responsibility for Euler Trade Indemnity's small business unit (SBU).
The SBU is responsible for the delivery of management solutions to companies with a turnover up to £10m.
