’Being there for our brokers means being present in the market, accessible and easy to work with,’ says chief distribution officer
Allianz UK has strengthened its presence in Wales by opening a new broker hub at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium.
Based at the home of Welsh rugby, the new hub will provide brokers with access to local Allianz underwriters and support faster decision making.
The opening forms part of the insurer’s ongoing investment into “empowered local underwriting” and is designed to “help brokers move at place”, according to a statement.
Nick Hobbs, the insurer’s chief distribution officer, said: “Being there for our brokers means being present in the market, accessible and easy to work with.
“Opening a hub at the Principality Stadium is a proud moment for our Wales presence and great place to bring broker partners together. It reflects our commitment to meeting brokers in environments that matter to them, backed by empowered local underwriting and faster decision making.”
The Principality Stadium, previously known as the Milennium Stadium, features a retractable roof and seats 73,931 fans when full.
