’I am relishing the opportunity to continue the passion and dedication shown by Bragoli during his tenure,’ says appointee

The London and International Brokers Association (Liiba) has named Aon’s Global Broking Centre chief executive Tracy-Lee Kus as its new chair.

Kus took on the role during a board meeting on 10 March 2026, taking over from Howden’s chair of group placement Andy Bragoli.

The move comes a month after Insurance United Against Dementia (IUAD) added Kus to its board of industry leaders.

Christopher Croft, chief executive at Liiba, said: “Kus’ appointment has been warmly welcomed by our members and the Liiba team as a positive step forward for London’s broking community.

”Aon is an influential voice in the market and Kus’ role as chief executive at Aon’s Global Broking Centre will bring a truly global perspective to the board and Liiba. Kus has a deep understanding of the issues, challenges and opportunities faced by brokers – both large and small – and will be real asset to the association over the coming years, particularly as we enter more uncertain market conditions.”

Andy Bragoli

Bragoli had served as Liiba chair since March 2024.

Croft added: “I would also like to extend my gratitude and thanks to Bragoli, who has been an exceptional and supportive chair over the last two years.

”Under Bragoli’s guidance, the Liiba board has helped navigate some significant, market-defining moments and he has been a leading light for our members across the market.”
