Lloyd’s (re)insurer MS Amlin has appointed Andrew Fish as its new head of exposure management.

In his role, Fish will lead a team of 35 and be responsible for enhancing the company’s risk management and pricing strategies through advanced modelling and analytics.
He will also focus on assessing the impact of emerging risks, including climate change, cyber threats and geopolitical volatility.
Martin Burke, chief underwriting officer at MS Amlin, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Fish to MS Amlin as head of exposure management.
Experience
Fish joins from Aon, where he spent the past four years as head of global re specialty catastrophe management, in which he supported clients across property and specialty lines.

Prior to this, Fish was head of catastrophe pricing and analytics at QIC Global Services until 2021.
