Bridge Specialty International (BSI) has appointed Greg Ferguson as chief executive of international distribution.

Ferguson will be responsible for accelerating the growth of BSI’s business outside the US, bringing in new talent and expanding the group’s distribution reach into new markets.
He will report to BSI chief executive Tim Coles, who said: ”Ferguson’s appointment marks an important milestone in the next phase of our international growth.
”His deep market relationships and strong leadership credentials will be invaluable as we continue to scale our specialty and wholesale distribution in markets outside of the US and recruit top talent to deliver more products to our rapidly increasing producer base.
“I am delighted to welcome him to the team.”
Experience
Ferguson previously held leadership positions at Ardonagh Specialty, Price Forbes and Howden.

BSI said hiring him was a key step in its ”ambition to becoming a top five international wholesale and specialty broking business”.
Ferguson said: “I am excited to be joining BSI at a pivotal point in its growth journey. His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
