‘He brings a wealth of international leadership experience to Marsh’s affinity business,’ says chief executive
Marsh Risk, a subsidiary of Marsh, has appointed Roberto Pinto to the role of international affinity leader, effective 23 February 2026.

The firm said that Pinto will oversee the development of Marsh’s affinity business across its international remit, including in the UK.
Other areas include Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, India, the Middle East and North Africa (IMEA) and Pacific.
He will also work closely with clients to “find new ways to capture growth and reduce risk across their affinity insurance portfolios”.
The new appointee said: “As competition to win business and retain talent intensifies, data-led affinity programmes lie at the core of increased customer engagement, greater brand loyalty and workplace satisfaction.
“I look forward to engaging Marsh’s clients and colleagues to deliver market-leading products, while building strong stakeholder relationships across the international affinity marketplace.”
Experience
Pinto’s previous experience includes eight years at Aon, where he worked as president of digital client solutions, and nine years at Willis, working as the firm’s affinity chief executive.
