And the Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards recognises the best the industry has to offer in the claims arena, recognising excellence in every aspect of the claims process from FNOL to final settlement.
This year the standard of entries has been higher than ever, representing the great work the industry is doing in helping their customers when the worst happens.
Some 44 companies across 12 categories have made it on to the shortlist of entries for 2020, with the winners being revealed at the prestigious Claims Excellence Awards night on 1 October 2020.
