Erskine Murray had acquired the broker last year

Erskine Murray Insurance Brokers has completed the rebrand of Cheshire-based Offley Insurance Services.

Having acquired Offley last year the rebrand was finalised at the start of this month, establishing the firm’s first Erskine Murray branded regional office in the North West.

Erskine Murray commercial director Alan Wheeler said the acquisition and rebrand of Offley marked an important step for the Leicester-based firm.

Wheeler added: “I am delighted we have completed our transition in the North West to Erskine Murray, which has seen us establishing our first fully functioning, branded regional office.

“We have taken a great business in Offley Insurance and added our own teams to develop an exciting new proposition for all our clients.”

Wheeler said the name change would also bring with it Erskine Murray’s greater range of resources, skills and capabilities, including the addition of in-house staff and the buying power of a larger broking business.

Lynette Houghton, who heads up the North West region for Erskine Murray, added: “Offley shared our vision of offering clients a quality level of customer service and this consolidation lays the foundations for greater opportunities and additional benefits for clients in the future.

“Offley’s customers can now benefit from access to a much larger insurance network and more buying power, enabling us to provide specialist and innovative solutions while remaining extremely competitive.”
