[ADVENT-REVEAL-START]
1. What was your insurance industry highlight of 2025?
It has to be the Zurich Market Dinner at the Young V&A in Bethnal Green.
The evening featured dazzling performances by acclaimed artists from the West End but more than that, it really reinforced for me the amazing relationships we have with our network of brokers and colleagues from across the sector.
There was so much insurance talent in that room and it was a great opportunity to celebrate what we’ve achieved together and pave the way for future collaboration.

2. What is your Christmas message for your insurance colleagues?
Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. The commitment, creativity and teamwork are the driving forces behind our success in 2025. Every day, our teams go above and beyond to support our brokers and customers, taking the best of Zurich to the market.
I’m proud to be part of this team and excited to continue to achieve next year. I must also extend a thank you to our customers and brokers and partners for placing their continued trust in Zurich.
3. What do you hope to find under the industry’s Christmas tree for 2026?
Under the industry’s Christmas tree for 2026, I hope to find new opportunities for collaboration, continued innovation in digital solutions and a stronger commitment to sustainability. A market where customers’ needs are met with even greater speed and simplicity and where talent is nurtured and empowered to shape the future of the industry.
Most of all, I hope to find a hardening market!
