Axa XL has appointed Sabrina Lahrmann as its new head of international property for UK and Lloyd’s.

In her new role, Lahrmann will be responsible for developing and executing the underwriting strategy for Axa XL’s international property retail business in the UK and Lloyd’s market.
Based in London, she started her new role on 1 November 2025.
Experience
Lahrmann has over 20 years of insurance market experience, the majority of this in underwriting and risk management.

She was previously underwriting manager for Axa XL’s UK and Lloyd’s international property team, a role she held since May 2024.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
