The partnership will also offer emergency assistance cover to residential property owners
MGAs Commercial Express and ARAG have today (1 November 2022) begun a partnership to provide legal expenses insurance cover for offices, shops, pubs, restaurants and wholesalers.
The cover will provide legal protection for these businesses, as well as emergency assistance and legal protection for residential property owners.
It will include access to digital legal services, while the residential property owner cover will provide landlords with protection for legal disputes, domestic emergencies and rent indemnity.
These schemes have been made available to Commercial Express’ broker partners in these markets – ARAG and Commercial Express are also in discussions to extend the schemes further into the market.
