’It is simple to understand and adds meaningful value for clients looking to support their teams without the high costs associated with traditional private medical insurance,’ says head

Mission-owned MGA OneBefore has partnered with Santé Group and Pulse Insurance to launch an affordable group healthcare product called Santé Care .

Designed specifically for small to medium-sized businesses, the offering provides employees with a concierge-style service, making it quicker and easier to navigate and access healthcare.

The product will be distributed via the Santé Group network.

Ben Broom, head of pulse clarity at Pulse Insurance, said: “Our brokers have been asking for credible, low-cost healthcare solutions that genuinely improve access to care.

”Santé Care delivers exactly that. It is simple to understand and adds meaningful value for clients looking to support their teams without the high costs associated with traditional private medical insurance.”

’Connects the dots’

The product has been developed in partnership with healthcare service provider Patient Advocate using its specialist nurse-led triage model.

Patient Advocate supports employees by connecting them to NHS services – regardless of their location – to ensure they are directed to the most appropriate and fastest route to care.

Peter Norman, head of partnerships at OneBefore, said: “Demand on the NHS remains high with long waiting times for consultations, diagnostic testing and procedures causing stress to both employees and their employers.

“Patient Advocate connects the dots between patients needing care and the hospital or NHS service that can deliver the appropriate care in the quickest possible time. Santé Care is attractive to employees and gives business owners confidence that their staff will receive the care they need when they need it.”
