Mission-backed MGA Lumara has appointed Jason Hartard as motor trade development underwriter.

In his new role, Hartard will lead Lumara’s underwriting in London and across the south of England.
He will work closely with the MGA’s local broker network, using their feedback to inform the ongoing refinement of Lumara’s motor trade product.
Specialised expertise
With over 20 years of experience in motor trade underwriting, Hartard has held senior motor-related roles at Aviva and QBE Europe.

He joins from Covéa, where he most recently served as development underwriter.
