Insurance Times rounds up the most significant appointments, hires and leadership developments from 8 to 12 June 2026
Kicking off this week’s round up of the biggest moves in the market, Clear Group appointed Nathan Bavidge as its new chief financial officer, with Tim Money having decided to step down.

Money joined in 2020 as CFO and decided to leave as he looks to pursue new opportunities. He is succeeded by Bavidge, currently CFO at Three Rock Group, parent company of Chill Insurance, Quote Devil Insurance and Ivernia MGA.
Next up, Konsileo appointed Dawn Derbyshire as its new head of commercial strategy following an ”off-the-record conversation” she had after reaching out to the firm despite a role not being available that suited her background.
In her new role, Derbyshire will focus on strategic execution, proposition development, growth and distribution, working closely with client directors, key partners and the wider business.
This week also marked by a depature as Peter Farrelly announced that he is leaving Sedgwick after 11 years with the business.
Joining the loss adjuster in 2015 as head of speciality, Farrelly was appointed as the manging director for UK commercial claims services in 2019 before being promoted to chief operating officer in 2024, a role he has held for the last two years.
Then, Policy Expert appointed former Allianz executive Graham Wright to the newly created role of chief growth officer.
Joining from Allianz UK, where he served as managing director for home and interim managing director for UK Personal Broker, Wright will take strategic responsibility for a range of trading and insurance functions at Policy Expert, helping guide the insurer’s growth strategy while maintaining underwriting discipline.
Finally, Arch Insurance International appointed Kendra Felisky as chair of Arch Insurance UK (AIUK) and Arch Managing Agency (AMAL) following the retirement of Patrick Storey after nine years as chair.
Bringing more than two decades of experience spanning actuarial, risk management and board governance roles, Felisky is an experienced independent non-executive director who served both boards since 2021, taking on this new role as Arch continues its growth.
Felisky said: “Arch maintains a clear strategy, strong culture and dynamic vision for the future and I look forward to working closely with my fellow board members, leadership team and colleagues across the business as we continue to build on these strong foundations.”
