Zurich UK has appointed Mark McCausland as its new chief operating officer.

In his new role, McCausland will have a particular focus on activities that cut across multiple areas of the business.
His appointment comes as the insurer looks to drive forward major strategic initiatives that will address the demands of customers and distributors.

Experience
McCausland has spent over 30 years working in operational leadership, most recently as global head of transformation at Chubb.
