Zurich UK has appointed Paul Norcott as operations director in the UK.

In his new role, Norcott will oversee a wide range of functions, including operations and information governance, financial crime, business and supplier resilience and customer operations.
Joining Zurich in 2024, the promotion expands Norcott’s previous role as director of operations.

Norcott brings extensive experience from across the financial services sector.

He has held senior positions at Tesco Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank, The Co-operative Bank, Barclaycard, Bank of America and American Express.
