Primary Insurance has appointed Sir Duncan Nichol as chairman of Primary Insurance Group Limited and non-executive director of Primary Insurance Company Limited.
Nichol is Honorary Professor at the Manchester centre for Healthcare Management at Manchester University and a former chief executive of the NHS.
He holds a number of non-executive positions in the public and private sectors including BUPA and the Home Office Strategy Board for Correctional Services.
