NIG has appointed Martin Kelsh and Tim Griffiths as strategic account managers.
Kelsh and Griffiths are responsible for managing NIG's relationships with its pan-regional insurance brokers, including broker networks, broker consolidators and national brokers across the UK.
David Parker, director of distribution at NIG, said: "They will play a key role in helping NIG develop broker relations."
The new appointments follow on from Parker's recent announcement of his newly structured senior management team.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
