Claimant should have learned karate to fend of wild dogs

According to reports, Chinese insurer China Pacific told a man who was bitten by two wild dogs that it was his own fault for not learning karate.

After Wang Zhiqing of Meishan was stitched back together and given a rabies jab, the insurer said of his claim: “You should have fought the dogs off. If you had learned a martial art like karate, you would have avoided the problem.”
