Domestic & General Group has announced that its senior independent director, John Bishop, has resigned from the board with immediate effect.
John Bishop has served as a non-executive director at the specialist provider of domestic appliance breakdown insurance services since July 1994.
Chairman of Domestic & General Group Nik Rochez said: "I would like to offer my sincere thanks for John's contribution to the Group over the last nine years during which time the Group has grown substantially."
