Norwich Union (NU) has announced it is to support the Foreign and Commonwealth Office's (FCO) Know Before You Go campaign. The initiative aims to educate Britons about the importance of being prepared before travelling.
Travellers are encouraged to take out comprehensive travel insurance and consult the FCO before going abroad.
NU spokesman Frankie Nicholson said: "We are really pleased to be a strategic partner in this campaign, which prepares overseas travellers so well. It helps emphasise the importance of adequate travel insurance, and provides advice and information to ensure a trouble-free, enjoyable experience abroad."
